Delivery within Hong Kong:

Delivery within Hong Kong is FREE and usually takes between 1 – 3 working days. 

Deliveries may take longer during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, for example disruptive weatherAll delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Whilst we make every effort to deliver items as soon as we are able, we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver items within the estimated timescale. If you have not received your delivery within 3 working days, please contact us at info@surlaplage.co.

A signature is required on delivery of your parcel. If you are out at the time of delivery, a notification card will be left. Please follow the instructions on the card to collect your item from your local post office or arrange redelivery.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses. A delivery address cannot be changed once we have dispatched your parcel, therefore we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver an item due to incorrect address information.

International Delivery:

We provide complimentary standard delivery to any worldwide destination, for orders of $75 and over.

Other delivery fees are provided at the rates listed below.

For international orders, delivery times will vary according to destination. Most items are received within 10 -15 working days with standard delivery. Express delivery should be received within 7 days.

***All our prices are quoted in US dollars. International orders will be charged at the prevailing currency rates set by your financial institution or Paypal. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.

Import Restrictions and Custom Fees

Please note that some countries place restrictions on merchandise ordered from overseas and/or charge additional import fees or customs duties. These charges are beyond our control. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges payable. We suggest that you contact your local government body prior to placing an order with us, so that you understand what restrictions may exist and/or what possible additional payments may apply. 

Canceling or Amending your Order

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your shipping details.

Once goods have been dispatched you will need the to return the goods, at your own expense, to process an exchange or refund. Please email us at info@surlaplage.co if you need to make any amendments. Please note however that requests for cancellations sent via email may not be actioned immediately which may result in the order being dispatched.
